The content can be scrolled through, viewed individually, or in a sequence. Large images such as charts and summary images can be zoomed in and panned for closer examination. This app is grounded on the International Regulations for Preventing Collisions at Sea from 1972, with amendments that became effective from November 1995, SOLAS Chapter V Regulation 29, and general buoyage and signals guidelines.
